If you already have an existing Standard Account you want to use, please send your ANID (Ariba Network Identification) to your Buyer and log in using your username/password.
When you register for a standard account, Ariba Network automatically check for potential existing accounts.
You can click "review accounts" to check already existing accounts for your company.
If there existing accounts related to your company information you can:

If you continue to create a new account, you will need to confirm your email address in most cases.
Please activate your account by clicking on "Confirm email" button.
In some cases, the system may skip this step. In that case, please continue directly through your browser by clicking on Complete my Company Profile later.
Once you have completed the steps above, you will receive an email with your Ariba Network ID (ANID).
Important: Submit this ANID to BWPC by emailing: SupplierEnablement@nbt.nhs.uk

Once you provide your ANID, you’ll receive a notification email asking you to accept the relationship request.
If you have setup your account to automatically accept new relationships, your account will get connected automatically.
Otherwise, please check your pending customers and confirm the relationship manually.
Once you've successfully registered through the invitation email, the invitation link can be reused to redirect you to the Ariba login screen.

If you cannot remember your credentials/login details, use the “forgot username or password” link to recover them. If for some reason that does not work, you can contact Ariba Support to retrieve your account.
In such case, please have ready the ANID delivered to you in the auto-email confirming a new account created on the Ariba Commerce Cloud for your supplier organization. This will help the support agent identify your account to reset your password.
Once logged into your Ariba Network account, ensure you are on the “Proposals & Questionnaires” tab and under the correct customer tab.
Navigate to the Registration Questionnaires section. You will see the registration questionnaire. Notice the status of the questionnaire. If it is in a “Registered” status, you will be able to update it. If in a different status than Registered, you will not be able to make an update. Click on the questionnaire to open it.
Once you open the questionnaire, you will see you’ve already submitted a response, but you have an opportunity to Revise Response. Confirm you would like to revise your response, then, the questionnaire with open for editing.
After you’ve made the necessary updates, click “Submit Entire Response”. The updates will route to BWPC for approval.
