There is no Emergency Department in Frenchay, for emergencies please visit Southmead Hospital Emergency Department. 

The following NBT community outpatient services are based in Frenchay in the Beckspool Building:

• Head Injury Therapy Unit.
• Headway Bristol.

Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre is also in Frenchay, and is an inpatient service provided by the Active Care Group. For more information about this service visit:

Travel information

By Road

• From the M4, exit at junction 19 and take the M32 towards Bristol. The Frenchay site is situated just off the M32 Motorway.
• Leave the M32 at junction 1 (signposted Kingswood and Downend) and at the roundabout off the slip road turn left, following signs to Frenchay  (B4058) and Kingswood.
• At the first set of traffic lights take the right filter lane.
• Proceed along Bristol Road until you reach a mini roundabout. Take the first exit and Frenchay Village Museum will be on the right. 
• Our car park is on the left. The car park is free of charge.
