Older Trauma is an increasing everyday challenge for all clinicians Improving care means better recognition from the outset through to patient centred rehab and discharge.

This conference aims to cover how we can all improve our care of the older trauma patient as well as the future of older trauma care.

Expert talks with panel discussions on:

• Chest injuries and analgesic options. Including up to date research from Relief Trial .
• Haematology, anticoagulation and the older patient .
• Spinal injuries – the pragmatic approach.
• Geriatricians and the vital role they play.
• Current national research projects.
• Poster prize session
