Providing you are in receipt of any of the following benefits and have valid proof of the benefit and expenses:

- Working Tax Credit
- Pension Tax Credit
- Jobseekers Allowance
- HC2
- Family tax credit
Patients wishing to claim must visit the Cashiers' Office, Level 1, Brunel building, Southmead Hospital Bristol.
