Had a lovely team looking after me today. Made me feel safe and reassured. I even had a couple of nurses fighting over who was going to make me a coffee afterwards. Fortunately for me all was good with my procedure. I appreciate everyone was very busy, but they made me feel like I could take as long as I needed. Even the volunteer at the entrance was sensitive and offered reassurance. The team are amazing and work together well. Thanks
