Condition / Indication: Monoclonal cryoglobulin (Type 1) associated with lymphoma/Myeloma. Mixed cryoglobulins (Type II) seen in auto-immune disease, lymphoma or infection and show rheumatoid factor activity. Polyclonal cryoglobulins (Type III) associated with Hepatitis C infection.
Special precautions & notes: Request MUST be discussed with laboratory prior to taking sample.
Special procedures and transport at 37°C essential.
